If you intend to sell your property you have the option to transfer your service to the next owner at no cost to them. We ask that you print the Transfer Form, Transfer Service Application and Easement Form, and take them with you during closing as they require a notary signature. The new owners will then submit the completed documents to be established with Three Oaks Water Supply Corporation.
Approval to transfer a meter is conditional on the majority vote by the Board of Directors during the regularly scheduled meetings (the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm). All transfer forms must be completed and originals submitted by 4:30pm on the meeting date to be on the agenda for that month. Failure to submit documentation will affect the transfer process and the current member will remain responsible for any usage and fees until transfer has been completed.

When a member passes away the meter can be transferred to the heir(s) by completing the Transfer Service Application and Easement Form and submitting them along with a filed copy of the transferred Property Deed.
