Apply for new Individual Water Service with Three Oaks Water Supply Corporation by completing the following:
1.) Submit the original wet signature New Service Application and Agreement Form
2.) Submit the original wet signature Utility Easement Form
3.) Pay the $175.00 Engineering Fee
4.) After the Engineering Review we will contact you with further information and total estimated costs.
The current fees for New Individual Service with Three Oaks Water Supply Corporation includes the following:
$175.00 Engineering Fee
$100.00 Membership Fee
$4100.00 Meter Fee.
The actual cost to connect service to a location may also include additional fees such as Permits, Road Bores or Line Extensions. All fees are required to be paid in full before the water service is connected.
